This role is completely text-based—no phone calls or in-person meetings required. You'll communicate exclusively through online chat channels like Facebook Messenger, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere with an internet connection.
Your day-to-day work will involve responding to customer messages on websites and social media, answering product questions, sharing relevant resources, and highlighting special offers to help drive customer satisfaction and sales.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet and a stable internet connection are essential. You'll also need competent English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: No previous live chat experience is necessary. We're looking for entry-level candidates and provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
