Work at Home Live Chat Support Representative (No Phone Calls, Entry Level)

We're hiring compassionate communicators to join our remote live chat support team. In this role, you'll assist customers through text-based conversations, helping them find answers and resolve concerns in a friendly, efficient manner. Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer messages through live chat platforms and social media channels—completely text-based, no voice calls required. Since this is a fully remote position, you can work from your home or any location with an internet connection.

Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, providing product information and relevant links, suggesting promotional offers, and maintaining positive interactions across various messaging channels. Every conversation helps create a great experience for our clients' customers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You'll need a working laptop, phone, or tablet along with a stable internet connection. Proficiency in written English is essential for clear communication with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. No prior live chat experience is necessary—we welcome motivated individuals ready to learn.
