Become part of our growing customer support team as a part-time Chat Support Associate working completely from home. If you're comfortable communicating through text-based channels and prefer not to take phone calls, this could be the perfect fit for you. You'll help customers find solutions and answers while building meaningful interactions—all through online chat platforms.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer inquiries via live chat on our client websites and social channels like Facebook Messenger. There's no need for in-person interaction or video calls—just thoughtful, written communication. Since this is fully remote, you can work from anywhere with an internet connection and a compatible device.

Responsibilities include addressing customer questions, sharing product information, providing promotional offers, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Your responses will directly influence how customers perceive the brands you represent.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet with a dependable internet connection is essential. You'll need solid English writing skills to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. No previous chat support or customer service experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
