What you will be doing: You'll be the friendly face behind the chat window, helping customers across our partner websites and social media channels. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer questions, sharing product details, sending purchase links, and letting customers know about current promotions.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement with no set end date.
Skills/background needed:
- A working device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer for managing live chats and social platforms.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to take direction and execute tasks accurately.
- Willingness to commit to at least 5 hours per week.
- Stable, high-speed internet access.
Hours per week: You choose your own hours—work anywhere from 5 to 40 hours weekly depending on what fits your life.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
