Your role will involve connecting with customers through written chat, addressing their concerns, and creating positive interactions that build loyalty.

All communication happens digitally, so you'll never need to attend in-person meetings or take phone calls. You'll engage with customers exclusively through messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger and our website chat systems. Being remote means you have complete flexibility to work from wherever suits your lifestyle best.

As a chat support specialist, you'll handle incoming customer messages, respond to inquiries, share relevant resources and promotional offers, and guide customers toward solutions. It's straightforward, fulfilling work that makes a real difference.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, tablet, or smartphone and a stable internet connection are essential. You'll also need comfortable written communication skills in English.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding provided. Previous customer service or chat support experience is not required to succeed here.
