WordPress Chat Assistant – Immediate Start

What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat channels on business websites and social platforms. Your conversations will address everything from technical troubleshooting to product information, serving both established customers and prospective clients.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a device that supports web browsers and messaging platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own time. Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain consistency. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Strong, stable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10+ hours minimum.
