Virtual Chat Agent (Beginner Friendly)

Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer inquiries via text-based chat on platforms like Facebook Messenger. There's no need for face-to-face interaction—everything happens digitally. Best of all, you'll work entirely from home, giving you the flexibility to log in from anywhere with an internet connection.

As a live chat support specialist, you'll handle customer messages throughout your shift, including answering questions, sharing product links, and communicating promotional offers. You'll be the friendly voice (in writing) helping customers get what they need.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet plus a stable internet connection are essential. You'll need solid basic English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: This position is designed for beginners with no prior experience required. We provide comprehensive training to get you started, so you can jump right in regardless of your background.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
