What you will be doing: You'll be answering incoming messages through live chat interfaces on websites and social platforms, assisting both current customers with support needs and prospective customers with sales inquiries.

Contract length: Flexible, no minimum term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat platforms and social media tools. Self-motivated work style is essential. Comfort following detailed guidelines and procedures. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet access required.
