TikTok Chat Agent (Entry Level, No Experience)

As a Chat Agent, you'll provide friendly, helpful responses to customer inquiries using established guidelines. What you will be doing: You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through TikTok direct messages. Your day-to-day work involves reading customer questions—whether they're asking about products, services, or general support—and crafting thoughtful replies based on templates and guidelines we provide. You'll work independently to maintain consistent, professional communication with potential and existing customers.

Contract length: Flexible, no set end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Ability to manage your own workload without supervision. Strong attention to detail when following instructions. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable internet connection required.
