Do you excel at written communication and multitasking? We're seeking remote Chat Representatives to engage with customers, resolve their concerns, and guide them through their shopping experience via live chat. You'll be the friendly voice helping visitors navigate websites, answer product questions, and complete their purchases across different online retail platforms.
What you will be doing: As a chat representative, you'll respond to real-time customer messages coming through website chat widgets and social platforms. You'll field questions from both loyal repeat customers seeking support and new visitors interested in making their first purchase.
Contract length: Flexible, no set end date.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet that can run web browsers and chat applications. Self-motivated work style with the ability to stay organized without direct supervision. Strong attention to detail when following company guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Fast and stable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10+ hours minimum.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
