SquareSpace Virtual Assistant (Chat Support / Work from Home)

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping others? We're looking for detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our growing support team. You'll provide responsive chat assistance to SquareSpace customers, answering questions about their websites, handling inquiries from both loyal clients and prospects, and delivering outstanding service that keeps people coming back.

What you will be doing: As a chat support specialist, you'll respond to customer inquiries in real-time through live chat channels integrated into client websites and social media platforms. Your days will involve addressing technical questions, resolving customer concerns, and guiding potential buyers through their purchasing decisions.

Contract length: Flexible, no set end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with stable internet connectivity. Strong ability to work without direct supervision. Comfort following detailed procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Experience with web-based platforms and chat systems is a plus.

Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
