What you will be doing: In this remote position, you'll be the voice of our brand across multiple social channels. Your day-to-day includes answering customer inquiries, moderating comments and messages, participating in live chat support sessions, and using performance data to optimize how we connect with our audience. You'll also help promote special offers and direct customers to relevant resources through direct conversation and community engagement.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed:
- A smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of accessing social platforms and chat tools.
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal day-to-day oversight.
- Proficiency in reading and executing detailed guidelines accurately.
- Minimum of 5 hours weekly availability.
- Consistent, fast internet connectivity.
Hours per week: Flexible scheduling between 5 and 40 hours weekly.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
