Shopify Chat Assistant (Work from Home, Entry Level)

As a remote chat specialist, you'll be the friendly face behind customer conversations, answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding shoppers toward successful purchases. What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat channels on store websites and social platforms. You might assist repeat customers troubleshooting issues or help new visitors understand products and complete their orders.

Contract length: Flexible, no set term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device for chatting (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Comfortable working without close supervision. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable internet connection required.
