What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat systems embedded on e-commerce websites and social platforms. Your day involves addressing product questions from interested buyers, troubleshooting issues for existing customers, and occasionally guiding prospects through their purchasing decisions.
Contract length: Ongoing, no fixed end date.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a working device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with reliable internet connectivity. Comfort communicating via written chat. Ability to work with minimal supervision while following detailed guidelines. A minimum of 10 hours weekly availability. Independent work ethic and attention to detail.
