Seasonal Customer Service Coordinator (WFH, No Experience)

What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat channels on company websites and social media platforms. Your conversations will range from helping existing customers with issues to answering product questions from prospective buyers.

Contract length: Flexible, no set duration.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet that can run web browsers and chat applications. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Comfort following detailed guidelines and procedures. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
