What you will be doing:
- Manage incoming Facebook Messenger conversations for our client businesses.
- Answer customer questions, share product details, and handle purchase-related inquiries.
- Assist shoppers by sharing product links and current promotional offers.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Key Requirements:
- A working computer, smartphone, or tablet.
- Reliable high-speed internet access.
- Comfortable writing in English at a conversational level.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience not required—we provide full onboarding and training.
