Remote Social Media Support – Facebook (Fully Remote)

Are you a natural communicator looking to put your messaging skills to work? We're seeking a Facebook chat specialist to join our team and help retail clients build stronger connections with their customers through real-time online conversation.

What you will be doing:

• Manage incoming Facebook Messenger conversations for our client businesses.
• Answer customer questions, share product details, and handle purchase-related inquiries.
• Assist shoppers by sharing product links and current promotional offers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Key Requirements:

• A working computer, smartphone, or tablet.
• Reliable high-speed internet access.
• Comfortable writing in English at a conversational level.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience not required—we provide full onboarding and training.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication abilities and familiarity with Facebook Messenger platform.
