Remote Skype Chatter (Immediate Start)

In this role, you'll engage with customers and clients through Skype, addressing their questions, sharing product details, and offering timely assistance. We're looking for organized communicators who can juggle multiple conversations at once and maintain quality interactions throughout their shift. What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat platforms integrated into websites and social media channels. Your conversations will range from troubleshooting existing customer issues to answering questions from prospective buyers interested in learning more about our offerings.

Contract length: Flexible, no minimum term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running chat and web applications. Comfortable working autonomously without constant supervision. Willingness to follow detailed guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.
