What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat channels on our clients' websites and social media platforms. You'll address support tickets from current users experiencing technical challenges as well as answer pre-sales questions from prospective customers interested in our products.
Contract length: Flexible, no fixed commitment.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of managing live chat and social media interfaces. Ability to work autonomously and self-manage your schedule. Comfort following detailed guidelines and procedures consistently. Minimum of 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, high-speed internet connection required.
