You'll respond to customer inquiries in real-time, answer product questions, resolve order issues, and provide shipping updates, all while maintaining exceptional service standards. What you will be doing: You'll manage incoming customer inquiries through live chat channels on our website and social media platforms. Your days will involve assisting both loyal customers with support questions and engaging with prospective buyers interested in our products.

Contract length: Flexible, no set term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with the ability to use web-based chat platforms and social media. Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability required. Stable, high-speed internet connection essential.
