What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming customer messages via live chat across websites and social media platforms. Some chats will be from existing clients needing support, others from prospects interested in purchasing. Your job is to address their questions and move sales conversations forward.

Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device that supports web browsers and social media platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Comfort working autonomously without constant supervision. Willingness to follow detailed processes and guidelines precisely. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability.
