Remote Inbound Sales Rep - Chat Support

We're looking for a Remote Inbound Sales Representative with strong chat support skills to turn customer inquiries into closed deals. You'll connect with prospects through live chat platforms, learn what matters to them, and present solutions that fit their specific needs—all through text-based conversation. Perfect for someone with excellent written communication and genuine persuasion skills, this role lets you build a sales career from the comfort of your own workspace.

What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming customer messages via live chat across websites and social media platforms. Some chats will be from existing clients needing support, others from prospects interested in purchasing. Your job is to address their questions and move sales conversations forward.

Contract length: Flexible, no set duration.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device that supports web browsers and social media platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Comfort working autonomously without constant supervision. Willingness to follow detailed processes and guidelines precisely. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Strong, dependable internet connection required.
