We're seeking Chat Support Specialists to handle customer conversations through Facebook Messenger on behalf of our partners. This position plays a vital role in delivering responsive, courteous assistance that strengthens customer relationships and builds brand trust.
What you will be doing: As a chat support specialist, you'll respond to incoming inquiries from customers and prospects through live chat channels on business websites and social platforms. Your responsibilities include addressing customer service concerns from established clients as well as fielding product interest from prospective buyers.

Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of accessing social media platforms and web-based chat tools. Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction. Capability to follow detailed guidelines consistently. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet access.
