This is a fully remote opportunity where all your work happens online through messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger. There are no face-to-face interactions—just genuine, text-based conversations with customers from anywhere in the world.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries on business websites and social media, sharing relevant product information and links, highlighting special offers, and ensuring every interaction leaves a customer satisfied.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You'll need a reliable internet connection and access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet. Solid written English communication skills are essential for this role.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. No previous live chat experience is required to succeed here.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
