What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer messages through live chat and social media channels, helping people solve problems and answering their questions in real time. Whether it's addressing concerns from existing customers or welcoming potential ones, you'll be the voice behind our digital support.
Contract length: Open-ended arrangement with no fixed end date, giving you the freedom to work at your own pace.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access.
- Comfort managing multiple chat conversations independently.
- Ability to understand and execute instructions accurately.
- Willingness to commit at least 10 hours weekly.
- Dependable, high-speed internet connection required.
Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly, with potential to increase as you gain experience and availability expands.
