Remote Customer Support (Entry Level, Immediate Start)

Join our growing team as a Remote Facebook Chat Support Agent and help customers get the answers they need. If you're comfortable with social platforms and want to build a career in customer service, this could be the perfect fit. Even if you're starting out in this field, we provide full training to get you up to speed quickly.

This position is 100% online—no in-person interactions required. You'll be responding to customers through Facebook Messenger and similar chat platforms, all from the comfort of your own space.

Your day-to-day work involves replying to incoming chat messages, addressing customer concerns, sharing relevant product information, and helping guide customers toward their next steps. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in how people experience our brand.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet along with a dependable internet connection are essential. You'll also need solid basic English writing skills to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is a beginner-friendly role with comprehensive onboarding included. Prior experience with live chat support is not necessary to succeed here.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
