Remote Customer Service Representative (Chat / No Calling / No Experience / Work at Home)

Join our growing team as a Remote Customer Service Representative and deliver exceptional support through chat-based conversations. Working entirely online from your home, you'll engage with customers in real-time, answer their inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and help drive customer satisfaction. This is a perfect entry point into customer service, with comprehensive training provided to set you up for success from day one.

This role focuses exclusively on written communication through chat channels like Facebook Messenger and website chat platforms. There are no phone calls or face-to-face interactions required. As a fully remote position, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere with an internet connection.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer messages, addressing questions, sharing relevant resources and offers, and maintaining friendly, helpful conversations that reflect well on the business. You'll play a key role in building customer relationships and keeping satisfaction levels high.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection is essential. You'll need competent English writing skills to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position requiring no previous chat support experience. Complete training will be provided to ensure you're ready to excel in the role.
