Remote Chat Support Representative (Temporary / Part-Time)

This temporary, part-time position is perfect for someone who thrives when helping others and takes pride in delivering quality customer service. You'll respond to customer messages promptly and thoughtfully, making sure each conversation leaves people feeling supported and valued.

This role is entirely online—no face-to-face meetings required. All communication happens through live chat platforms like Facebook Messenger and similar tools. Since it's fully remote, you can work from anywhere with an internet connection.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat messages, answering customer questions, sharing relevant product information, and helping customers find the right deals or promotions for their needs.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You'll need a computer, smartphone, or tablet along with a stable internet connection. Basic proficiency in written English is essential.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding provided. No prior live chat experience necessary.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
