This role is entirely text-based; you'll interact with customers exclusively through chat channels like Facebook Messenger and website messaging systems. Work completely remotely from any location with an internet connection, giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule.
Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer messages, answering questions, sharing product information, processing inquiries, and helping customers find the best solutions. You'll be the helpful voice representing the business across various chat platforms and social media channels.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection is essential. You'll need proficient English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with full training provided. Previous chat support experience is not required—we welcome motivated individuals ready to learn and grow.
