Remote Chat Support Instagram (Urgent)

Do you spend time on Instagram and enjoy helping people? We're looking for experienced chat support specialists to join our team supporting online stores that use Instagram as a primary sales channel. You'll be responding to customer messages, answering questions, and helping drive sales through thoughtful, personalized conversations. Work completely remotely from anywhere and make a real impact for thriving e-commerce businesses.

What you will be doing: You'll serve as a live chat support professional, fielding incoming messages from customers and prospects across websites and social platforms. Some conversations will be troubleshooting issues for existing buyers, while others will be helping prospective customers learn more about products and complete purchases.

Contract length: Flexible, no set term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for messaging and chat platforms. Self-motivated with the ability to work without close supervision. Comfortable following detailed procedures and guidelines. Capable of maintaining at least 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.
