Remote Chat Support – Instagram (Entry Level, Part Time)

Do you love connecting with people online? We're looking for friendly, responsive individuals to engage with customers through Instagram chat and provide them with the support they need. Working with leading Shopify merchants, you'll be the voice behind the screen—answering questions, sharing product recommendations, and creating positive customer experiences that drive sales.

This is a fully remote position where you'll communicate entirely through text-based chat platforms like Facebook Messenger. Work from anywhere in the world with just your computer or mobile device and an internet connection. No face-to-face meetings, no phone calls—just straightforward, written conversations with customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, addressing product questions, sharing relevant purchase links, and highlighting special offers or promotions. It's a straightforward role that introduces you to the world of e-commerce and customer service while building valuable professional experience.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You'll need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection. Competent English writing skills are essential for this position.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training provided. No previous chat support experience required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
