Remote Chat Moderator

Are you passionate about creating welcoming digital spaces? We're looking for a Chat Moderator to join our growing remote team and help maintain a safe, engaging community where respectful dialogue thrives. You'll combine attention to detail with interpersonal finesse as you review conversations, enforce community standards, and foster positive interactions every day.

This position is entirely text-based—no phone calls or video meetings required. You'll work exclusively through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, giving you complete freedom to contribute from your home office or anywhere else with an internet connection.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to incoming chat inquiries, addressing customer concerns, sharing relevant product information, and communicating special offers to our audience. All communication happens asynchronously through our chat tools.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with a stable internet connection is essential. You'll need solid written English communication skills to succeed in this role.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive onboarding included. Previous experience in live chat support is not necessary to apply or be successful.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
