Remote Chat / Email Support (Entry Level / Part Time / No Experience)

Join our team as a Remote Chat/Email Support Assistant and launch your career in customer service. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing company in this part-time, entry-level role that requires no prior experience. You'll be responding to customer messages through chat and email, delivering friendly and helpful support every single day.

The beauty of this position is that it's entirely written communication—no phone calls or face-to-face meetings required. You'll be working through online platforms like Facebook Messenger and website chat tools, all from the comfort of wherever you choose to work.

Your daily responsibilities will include replying to customer inquiries, answering questions about products or services, sharing relevant links, and communicating special offers. It's straightforward work that makes a real difference to our customers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection is essential. You'll also need solid fundamental English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is a beginner-friendly position with comprehensive training provided. No previous chat support experience is necessary to succeed here.
