Remote Chat Assistant – WFH / No Experience

We're looking for Chat Assistants to join our growing team and help businesses worldwide connect with their customers through online messaging. Whether you're answering product questions, closing sales, or providing customer support, this fully remote opportunity lets you work on your own terms from any location.

Description: This position focuses entirely on written communication—no phone calls or in-person meetings required. You'll use messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger to interact with customers in real-time from the comfort of your home.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to live chat inquiries on company websites and social media, addressing customer concerns, sharing product information and promotional offers, and supporting the sales process through chat conversations.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. You'll need solid English writing ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding included. No previous chat support experience is necessary to succeed in this role.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
