All work happens asynchronously through text-based communication. You'll engage with customers and community members exclusively through chat channels like Facebook Messenger and website live chat systems. Since this is entirely remote, you can work from your preferred location with just an internet connection.

Your day-to-day involves responding to incoming messages on business websites and social channels, answering customer inquiries, sharing relevant resources and promotional offers, and maintaining a positive tone throughout conversations.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet along with a stable internet connection are essential. You'll also need competent English writing abilities to communicate clearly with users.

Skills/background needed: This beginner-friendly role comes with comprehensive onboarding and training. Prior live chat experience is not necessary to succeed here.
