Remote Beginner Chat Specialist (Entry Level / No Experience)

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Remote Beginner Chat Specialist. You'll spend your days connecting with customers through live chat, answering their questions, and helping them find solutions—all from the comfort of your own space.

This is a fully remote position where all communication happens through written chat. You'll use platforms like Facebook Messenger and website chat tools to interact with customers. Since you're working remotely, you can log in from anywhere with an internet connection.

Your day-to-day will involve responding to customer messages on company websites and social media platforms. You'll handle inquiries, share product information, provide special offers, and guide customers toward the right solutions.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet is essential, along with a strong internet connection. You'll need solid English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. No previous chat support experience is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
