What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat channels on our website and social media platforms. Some conversations will be with existing customers needing technical help, while others will be with prospective clients interested in learning more about what we offer.
Contract length: Flexible, no set duration.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer to handle chat conversations. Comfort working autonomously without constant supervision. Strong attention to detail when following instructions and protocols. At least 10 hours weekly availability. A stable, dependable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10+ hours minimum.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
