Part Time Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote)

You'll be the friendly face behind our customers' questions, handling conversations across websites and social channels with professionalism and care. No complex calculations needed—just clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine customer service instincts. We'll train you on everything else!

What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat platforms, supporting both existing clients and prospects interested in learning more about our services. Your goal is to provide helpful, accurate information and create positive customer interactions.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

• A reliable device (phone, tablet, or computer) that can access websites and social media chat tools
• Capacity to work autonomously while carefully adhering to guidelines and best practices
• At least 10 hours weekly availability
• Stable, dependable internet connection
