Overnight Remote Chat Support Representative – Entry Level / No Experience

What you will be doing:

• Handle incoming live chat messages from customers asking about pricing, refunds, and current deals.
• Respond promptly with accurate information to keep customers happy and informed.

Rate:

• $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:

• A reliable device—smartphone, tablet, or computer—that can run chat and web applications smoothly.
• Self-motivated approach to work with solid troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail when following procedures and guidelines.
• Flexibility to work between 10 and 40 hours each week on overnight shifts.

• Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
