Overnight Customer Care Specialist – Chat Support (Entry Level)

Are you a night owl looking for meaningful work? We're seeking an Overnight Customer Care Specialist to join our support team during evening and nighttime hours. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice (well, friendly text!) helping customers resolve their concerns and find solutions when they need us most. Your quick thinking and empathetic approach will ensure every customer interaction leaves them satisfied.

This position is entirely text-based—no phone calls or video meetings required. You'll communicate exclusively through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, responding to customers in real-time from wherever you choose to work.

Your day-to-day will involve monitoring live chat channels on our website and social media, answering customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and helping customers take advantage of current offers. It's straightforward, impactful work that keeps our business running smoothly around the clock.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet and a stable internet connection are essential. You'll also need solid English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. Prior chat support experience is not necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
