Operations Chat Support (Part Time, No Calling)

We're looking for engaging communicators to handle customer conversations through live chat. This part-time opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference in how customers experience a business—all through written communication. We'll provide comprehensive training to set you up for success from day one.

This role is entirely text-based; you'll never need to take calls or meet anyone in person. You'll work completely online using platforms like Facebook Messenger, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.

As a chat support specialist, you'll spend your time responding to customer inquiries on company websites and social media channels. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, sharing product links, and helping customers find special offers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection is essential. You'll also need solid English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with full training included, so previous chat support experience isn't necessary. We're happy to teach you everything you need to know.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
