Join our team as an Online Chat Support Specialist and become the friendly voice behind our customer interactions. You'll help clients by responding to their messages through live chat, addressing their concerns, sharing details about our offerings, and finding solutions to their problems. This position is completely text-based, so there are no phone calls or in-person meetings required. You'll communicate exclusively through chat platforms like Facebook Messenger and similar tools. Since this is a fully remote opportunity, you have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring and responding to live chat inquiries on company websites and social channels. You'll handle customer queries, share relevant product information and links, and help facilitate sales by offering special promotions when appropriate.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A functioning laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. You'll also need solid written English communication abilities to interact professionally with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding provided. Prior experience in live chat support or customer service is not required—we'll train you from the ground up.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
