Online Chat Support Representative (Entry Level, No Experience Needed)

Ready to launch your career in customer service? We're looking for an Online Chat Support Representative to join our growing team. In this position, you'll respond to customer messages via chat and email, addressing their concerns and helping them feel valued. We're seeking someone with solid writing skills and a genuine desire to help—no background in support required, as we'll train you thoroughly.

The beauty of this role is that it's entirely online and asynchronous. You'll communicate exclusively through chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, with no phone calls or face-to-face interactions. Since we're fully remote, you can work from your home, a coffee shop, or anywhere with an internet connection.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer inquiries on business websites and social media channels. You'll answer questions, share relevant product information, process discount codes, and guide customers toward solutions that meet their needs.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet and dependable internet connectivity are essential. You'll also need competent English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people just starting out in customer support. Comprehensive training is included, and prior experience isn't necessary to succeed.
