Non-Voice Customer Service Rep (Entry Level / Immediate Start / No Experience)

What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries coming through live chat on company websites and social media channels. These messages might be from existing customers needing assistance or prospects interested in learning more about products and services.

Contract length: Flexible, no set duration.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer, phone, or tablet with internet access to manage chat conversations. Self-motivation and the ability to work without direct supervision are essential. Following guidelines and instructions carefully matters in this role. You should have at least 10 hours weekly available to dedicate to the position. A stable, dependable internet connection is required.
