Live Chat Wix Assistant

As a Live Chat Wix Assistant, you'll be the friendly face behind the screen, connecting with website visitors and customers on Wix-powered sites. If you're someone who thrives on meaningful conversations and enjoys making customers' days better, this role is perfect for you. You'll work remotely from wherever you choose, helping primarily our US-based business partners deliver exceptional support experiences.

What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming live chat messages from customers seeking help or information. Whether they're existing clients with questions or prospects interested in learning more, you'll provide helpful, timely responses across website chat platforms and social media channels.

Contract length: Flexible, with no fixed duration.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer to monitor chat platforms. Self-motivation and ability to work without supervision. Comfort following detailed procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, high-speed internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10+ hours per week.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
