Live Chat Support Representative - Work from Phone

Join our growing team as a Live Chat Support Representative and provide real-time assistance to customers from the comfort of your home. You'll respond to inquiries through our chat platform, helping both prospective buyers with sales questions and existing customers with support issues. What you will be doing: As a chat support agent, you'll engage with customers across our website and social media channels, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally. Contract length: Flexible, no set end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with stable internet connectivity. Comfortable working autonomously without constant supervision. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10+ weekly hours available. Dependable connection and work ethic.

Hours per week: 10 or more hours weekly.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
