What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries in real-time through live chat channels on websites and social media platforms. Your day will include supporting existing customers with their questions and helping potential buyers learn about our products and services.

Contract length: Flexible, no fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a working device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Comfort working with minimal supervision. Capacity to follow detailed guidelines consistently. Minimum of 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.
