Live Chat Remote Support Assistant (Entry Level / Work from Anywhere)

Looking to launch your customer service career from anywhere in the world? We're hiring Live Chat Support Assistants to join our growing team and become the friendly face behind our customer interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them find answers and solutions while representing our brand with professionalism and care.

What You Will Be Doing: You'll respond to customers in real-time through live chat on our website and social channels. Your day includes answering product questions, walking clients through their options, sharing special offers, and occasionally closing sales conversations with helpful resources and discount codes.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Process a continuous stream of incoming messages and support tickets throughout your shift.
• Quickly understand what each customer needs and work toward their satisfaction.
• Share detailed and accurate information using our knowledge base and support tools.
• Address customer concerns thoughtfully, suggest practical solutions, and monitor progress until issues are fully resolved.

Contract Length:

Hours per Week:

• Flexible scheduling between 5 and 40 hours weekly.
