We're looking for a Freelance Live Chat Support Agent to join our team and deliver outstanding customer service through text-based conversations. Your role will be critical in helping customers find solutions quickly, building trust, and keeping our clients happy with every interaction.
This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll work entirely online—no phone calls, no video meetings, just you and your keyboard. You'll communicate with customers through live chat platforms and social media messaging services like Facebook Messenger, all from wherever you choose to work.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries in real-time, guiding people toward products and services, sharing promotional offers, and providing helpful information. You'll be the friendly voice (in text form) that customers see when they need help most.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You'll need a reliable device—laptop, tablet, or smartphone—and a stable internet connection to stay connected throughout your shift. Strong written English communication is essential.
Skills/background needed: No previous customer service experience required. This role is perfect for beginners, and we'll provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.
