Live Chat Customer Service Specialist – Work from Phone

Are you a natural communicator who thrives helping others? We're looking for a Live Chat Customer Service Specialist to join our growing support team. You'll respond to customers in real-time through chat, answering their questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward solutions—all from the comfort of your home using just your phone, tablet, or laptop.

What you will be doing: You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via live chat on websites and social platforms. Whether they're troubleshooting a product issue or curious about what we offer, you'll provide thoughtful, prompt responses that turn questions into satisfied customers.

Contract length: Flexible, no set end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need a working device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with reliable internet access. Strong written communication skills are essential. Ability to work unsupervised and follow clear guidelines. A minimum of 10 hours weekly availability required.
