Live Chat Agent (Nationwide Remote)

Join our team as a Live Chat Agent and become a trusted communication hub for our clients' customers. In this essential position, you'll handle real-time conversations across websites and social platforms, delivering responsive support and building positive customer relationships through thoughtful written communication.

This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll work entirely through text-based channels like Facebook Messenger and website chat systems. There are no phone calls or face-to-face meetings—just meaningful conversations from your chosen workspace anywhere in the world.

Your daily responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, addressing product questions, sharing relevant resources, and discussing promotional offers. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable presence that represents our clients' brands during customer interactions.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A reliable computer, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection is essential. You'll also need solid written English communication skills to interact professionally with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding included. No prior live chat experience is necessary—we'll train you on everything you need to succeed.
