Level 1 Chat Support Agent (Entry Level / Work at Home / No Experience)

This position is completely remote, so you'll be working from the comfort of your own space. All communication happens through written chat on platforms like Facebook Messenger and website chat widgets. There are no phone calls or video meetings involved.

Your day-to-day will involve responding to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing concerns, sharing helpful resources and promotional offers, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You'll be the first point of contact helping customers get what they need.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection is essential. You'll also need solid written English communication skills to interact professionally with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position, so we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed. Previous live chat experience isn't required—just bring your willingness to learn and help others succeed.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
